Common questions

Before you begin

Everything you might want to know about Regain Focus and working with Khadija. Can't find your answer? Ask it on your free call.

Do I need to be Muslim to join?

No. Khadija's coaching is rooted in Quranic principles of intention, responsibility and patience, and the reflections are always optional. Mothers of every background are welcome, and every reflection comes with an alternative prompt.

I barely have time now. How will I fit this in?

Sessions are 60 minutes once a week, online. Every exercise is designed to fit inside ordinary family life, not on top of it. We build around your real week, not an ideal one.

What if I have a hard week or fall behind?

That's expected. Setbacks are built into the method, and Week 7 is dedicated to returning after interruptions. An imperfect week is information, not failure.

How is this different from a planner or a productivity course?

Planners organize your time. Regain Focus starts with why your attention is scattered: the demands, patterns and emotions behind it. Then it helps you build a system that fits you.

Is this the same as therapy?

No. Regain Focus is coaching. It is practical and forward-looking, and it is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. If you are working with a professional, coaching can complement that support.

Is it for mothers of young children only?

No. Regain Focus is for mothers at every stage, from the early years to teenagers and beyond. The problem it solves is the same: too many demands and not enough attention left for what matters.

Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are private and online, so you can join from home wherever you are.

What happens on the free Focus Clarity Call?

It's a relaxed, private 30-minute conversation. We look at what is dividing your attention, what you would like to change, and whether the 8-week program is the right fit. There is no pressure to sign up.

What happens after the eight weeks?

You leave with your FOCUS Workbook and a written 30-Day Focus Plan, so you can keep going on your own with confidence.
