This website, themomscoach.com, is run by Khadija | The Moms Coach (“Khadija”, “we”, “us”), a private online coach for mothers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, take the Focus Self-Check, request a Focus Clarity Call or join a program, and how we look after it.

What we collect

Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and anything you write in a form.

Your Self-Check answers: your ratings and result, if you choose to share them with Khadija.

Booking details: the date and time of any call you book.

Basic technical data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected automatically to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare for and run your Focus Clarity Call and any coaching sessions.

To send you the emails you asked for, such as call confirmations and follow-ups. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

To improve the website and our services. We never sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with the trusted providers we need to run the business: our website, CRM, email and booking platform (HighLevel), our video call tool and payment processors. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as we are in contact or working together, and for a reasonable time afterwards for records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails, at any time. Message @the.moms.coach on Instagram and we will reply as soon as we can, normally within 30 days.
