About these terms
These terms apply when you use themomscoach.com or book or buy any service from Khadija | The Moms Coach (“Khadija”, “we”, “us”). By booking, paying for or using our services you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
Coaching, not medical care
Khadija provides life and parenting coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical, psychological or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you have a health or mental health concern, please speak with your doctor or a licensed professional.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after the program.
Results
Every mother and every family is different. We do not guarantee any specific result. Stories and examples on this site describe individual experiences, not typical or promised outcomes.
Bookings and sessions
Sessions take place online at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Program access is personal to you and cannot be transferred to another person.
Payments and no-refund policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Because your place, time and program materials are reserved for you as soon as you enroll, we do not offer refunds, in full or in part, for any program, package or session, including if you stop attending or do not complete the program.
If you are on a payment plan, the remaining instalments stay due as agreed even if you stop the program early.
If something is not working for you, please talk to us. We will always try to find a fair way forward, such as rescheduling sessions.
Messages and emails
When you submit a form or book a call, you agree that we may contact you by email, and by phone or message if you gave us your number, about your request and our services. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link in each email.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.
